The SEES Diversity and 包容 Committee strives to increase SEES cultural knowledge and capacity to cultivate and sustain a division climate and culture that fosters learning whereby all division staff feel valued, 有归属感吗, 订婚了, and are culturally interconnected across the campus community. This committee manages division-wide inclusivity practices, aligning with the ODU Monarch Plan for Inclusive Excellence and the SEES Strategic Plan to enhance the cultural richness and climate of the division.
