Ph值.D. 项目重点:

Students will learn to apply the theoretical foundations of public administration and policy to actual public sector contexts; synthesize existing knowledge, 识别和访问适当的信息来源, and critically analyze and evaluate public administration and policy 研究 studies; select and apply 研究 to analyzing public sector issues in the multi-sector environment; demonstrate skills in designing 研究 studies to answer relevant questions in public administration and policy; produce written and oral communications that apply and convey high quality 研究; and demonstrate quantitative and qualitative 研究 skills in measurement, 数据收集, 分析, 以及结果的综合.

- Prerequisites (do not count towards required 49 credit hours; credit hours varies)

在任何先决条件能力领域背景不足的申请人将被要求参加PADM 651 -行政理论I课程. The prerequisite must be completed with a grade of B or better; this prerequisite course is not included in the required credit hours to complete the doctoral program.
